Presenter Information

Congratulations to all abstract and invited faculty presenters who will be presenting at the NASBS 35th Annual Meeting. The NASBS 35th Annual Meeting will take place March 5-8, 2026 at the Town and Country Resort in San Diego, California.

Below are all the relevant information pertaining to all types of presentations. Please note all deadlines. These instructions apply to all session presentations unless otherwise noted.

All PowerPoint Presentations must be in 16:9 (widescreen).

SCIENTIFIC SESSION PRESENTERS (MAIN TOPIC, HOT TOPIC, SPECIAL & VIDEO SESSIONS, GENERAL SESSION, AND INVITED FACULTY PRESENTATIONS)

Disclosure Required: All presenters will be required to include a disclosure slide to be shown in the beginning of their presentation. In addition to the disclosure slide, presenters are asked to use generic and objective terms when referring to both devices and/or proprietary technology throughout their presentations.

SCIENTIFIC SESSION PRESENTATIONS – SPEAKER PREP ROOM CHECK-IN REQUIRED:

You MUST check in with Speaker Ready 2 hours before your presentation and preferably AT LEAST 24-HOURS BEFORE your session starts. If you are unable to arrive 24 hours before your session, check in as soon as you arrive. A technician will be available onsite in the Speaker Ready Room to assist you with your presentation to load it onto the show computer. If you do not visit the Speaker Ready room, your session moderator may not allow you to present.

There will be two Speaker Ready Rooms. There will be a dedicated Speaker Ready Room for ICOM and a Speaker Ready Room for the main NASBS Meeting. If you are presenting at both ICOM and NASBS, you will need to visit both Speaker Ready Rooms.

 

The Speaker Ready Room for ICOM will be Pacific C. The days/hours are:

  • Wedenesday, March 4, 2026: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, March 5, 2026: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

 

The Speaker Ready Room for NASBS will be Palm 8. The days/hours are:

  • Thursday, March 5, 2026: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday, March 6, 2026: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday, March 7, 2026: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday, March 8, 2026: 6:30 AM – 11:15 AM

 

PRE-MEETING PRESENTATION UPLOAD

To help greatly reduce on-site issues, we highly recommend uploading your presentation ahead of time.

PLEASE NOTE: The presentation upload site will only be available until Sunday, March 1, 2026. Any files over 2GB in size must be uploaded directly in the Speaker Ready Room and cannot be uploaded online. Please keep your file names short or you will receive an error in uploading.

Please login with the following credentials:

Username: the presenter’s first name and last name (no spaces)… ie. johnsmith
Default password:
nasbs2026

Once you log in, you will be prompted to change your password. Please do so and then click on the File Upload link to the left-hand side.

*Important Note: You must still check into the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 Hours prior to the start of the session your presentation is in, even if you submitted your presentation online. Please bring a complete copy of your presentation with you to the Speaker Ready Room, even if you submitted your presentation online.

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED:

The following audio-visual equipment will be automatically provided in the session room:

• Computers equipped with Windows 11 and capable of playing sound clips through house sound system
**You will not be allowed to use your own computer**
• Duel Screens
• LCD Data/Video Projector
• Laser Pointer
• Mouse
• Remote
• Microphones (1 lectern, 2 table and 1 floor)
• Projectionist & Audio Technician
• Speaker timer

*Important Note: You must still check into the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 Hours prior to the start of the session your presentation is in, even if you submitted your presentation online. Please bring a complete copy of your presentation with you to the Speaker Ready Room, even if you submitted your presentation online.
