Attendee Pre-Registration List Order Form – NOTE – per current ACCME guidelines, information on pre-registered attendees will only be released if they opt in when they register for the meeting. This could significantly reduce the number of pre-registered attendees that will be on the list. Data will include pre-registrant names, institutions and mailing addresses.

DISCOUNTED TICKETS FOR MAIN SOCIAL EVENT ON SATURDAY, MARCH 7TH
We are pleased to offer NASBS exhibitors tickets to the Main Social Event at the discounted price of $45.00. This event will be held at the House of Blues, in the heart of the French Quarter and a short walk from the Sheraton. Attendees will enjoy hosted bars, hors d’oeuvres and live music. There is an option on the badge registration form to order your tickets. Tickets will be required for admission to this event.

HOTELS:
A discounted room block has been secured at the San Diego Town & Country for the NASBS meeting. The rooms are selling out quickly so, if you have not already do so, we encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible. All reservations must be made by January 10, 2025 in order to receive the discounted group rate of $269.
Any exhibitor that cancels their hotel reservation after February 8, 2025 will be billed a cancellation fee equal to the room rate for each night of their original reservation.
