It is rare that we consider foreign medical graduates. The Mayo Clinic offers a 2 year international clinical fellowship, and foreign medical graduates who complete that fellowship and want subspecialty training in skull base surgery are then considered for the dedicated skull base fellowship.

Anatomical Dissection Laboratory
We have a state of the art skull base dissection laboratory. Thanks to our recent fellow, Dr. Maria Peris-Celda, who was a former fellow of Dr. Rhoton, we have much improved our techniques for both dissection and photography to try to produce high quality publications of skull base dissection techniques and continue our anatomical research.
