This session will highlight strategies to optimize mentorship and skill development in skull base surgery. Surgeons, educators, trainees, and all interested in refining surgical education and training are encouraged to attend.

- Discuss 2 behaviors that successful fellows and early career surgeons employ in their every day practice.
