Why Invite Orbital Surgeons to the Skull Base Party?

Neurosurgeons and otolaryngologists who do not normally work with orbital surgeons, as well as those who do, will find this session interesting.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:

  • Choose a surgical approach for diseases of the skull base considering the nature of the pathology and the skill set of the assembled team.
  • Integrate an orbital surgeon into a surgical plan.
  • Employ orbital/transorbital corridors for surgical treatment of disease of the skull base.
