V072: COMBINED ENDONASAL AND TRANSORBITAL APPROACH TO INVERTED PAPILLOMA RESECTION

This video demonstrates a combined transnasal and transorbital approach to resection of a left sided sinonasal/anterior skull base inverted papilloma filling the left frontal and ethmoid sinuses in a 60 year-old otherwise healthy male. The tumor had clear extension into the orbit, erosion of the orbital roof and posterior table of the left frontal sinus on pre-operative imaging. This surgery was performed as multidisciplinary skull base team with otolaryngology, oculoplastics, and neurosurgery.
