V070: ENDOSCOPIC ENDONASAL CLIPPING OF PARACLINOID ANEURYSM LATERAL TO OPTIC NERVE - SURGICAL TECHNIQUE AND TECHNICAL NUANCES
M. Salman Ali, MD; Lydia Kaoutazani, MD; Luca Debs, MD; Christopher Carr, MD; Shannon Derthick; Kenneth Byrd, MD; David Baker, MD; Dan-Victor Giurgiutiu, MD; Fernando Vale, MD; Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University

We present a case of young female with bilateral paraclinoid aneurysms, larger on the left. This was an incidental finding but due to family history and daughter sac on aneurysm, it was decided to proceed with treatment. After consulting our neuroendovascular collegues, it was decided to pursue clipping, otherwise she may end up requiring flow divertors bilaterally. After discussion with the patient, it was decided to perform and endoscopic endonasal approach.
