V064: ENDOSCOPIC ENDONASAL RESECTION OF A PEDIATRIC SUPRASELLAR EPIDERMOID CYST: VIDEO CASE

This video demonstrates endonasal endoscopic techniques in resection of a suprasellar epidermoid cyst. An 11-year-old male with blurry vision was found to have a suprasellar epidermoid cyst with extension to the posterior fossa and floor of third ventricle. An illustrative case of endonasal endoscopic approach was demonstrated here. Gross total resection was achieved; Postoperatively, the patient developed transient diabetes insipidus, remained neurological stable with improved vision outcomes.
