We present the case of a 39-year-old woman with progressive visual loss, proptosis, and diplopia. Imaging revealed a spheno-orbital meningioma extending into the orbit and middle cranial fossa. The lesion removal and recontraction were performed in a one-stage surgery using a custom-made prosthesis and cutting guide to define craniectomy boundaries. Postoperatively, the patient showed favorable clinical outcomes with partial recovery of visual function.
