We present the case of a 60-year-old man with a giant jugular foramen paraganglioma presenting with hearing loss and vestibular symptoms. After multidisciplinary discussion, plan was made for a two-staged combined translabyrinthine and retrosigmoid approach to debulk the intracranial portion of the tumor following preoperative embolization. Near-total resection of intracranial tumor was completed and patient recovered well without new neurologic deficits.
