V033: INTRADURAL ANTERIOR PETROSECTOMY FOR REMOVAL OF A PETROCLIVAL MENINGIOMA

We present the case of a woman with a right side petroclival meningioma. We decided to perform an intradural anterior petrosectomy to mitigate the risks of the classic Kawase approach and the extensive petrous bone removal often performed without a direct view of the surgical target during drilling.
