V029: ENDOSCOPIC ENDONASAL FAR-MEDIAL APPROACH FOR MULTICOMPARTMENT CLIVAL CHORDOMA

We present a staged approach to a large multicompartment clival chordoma in a 81yr old. A far-medial approach was adopted to access the jugular tubercle and occipital condyle via the endonasal corridor. No CSF diversion was used post-op. Patient remained neurologically stable. Careful inspection of each compartment is critical to ensure maximal resection.
