In this video we present a case of vestibular schwannoma surgery. During the procedure in the semisitting position, an inadvertent rupture of the PICA happened. We tried to repair the PICA by means of microsuture which resulted in artery spasm. We then proceded to cut the stenotic segment and perform an end-to-end reanastomosis restoring the PICA flow.Surgery was then carried on safely with restoring of lower cranial nerves' MEPs.
