Here we present technical feasability of a keyhole retrosigmoid craniotomy for a large vestibular schwannoma. This approach provides an excellent operative view of all critical strutures including IAC. Identifying the correct arachnoid plane between the tumor capsule and facial nerve is critical in minizimg facial nerve palsy.
