P484: PICA-PICA BYPASS AND TRAPPING FOR A GIANT PARTIALLY THROMBOSED SERPENTINE FUSIFORM RIGHT PICA ANEURYSM

PICA giant serpentine aneurysms are rare and difficult to manage, given the intimate association with brainstem perforators and location. We present a video of a PICA-PICA side to side bypass and trapping of the aneurysm. We elucidate technical nuances to approach similar lesions with careful bypass handling.
