P470: SUPRAORBITAL EYEBROW APPROACH FOR CLIPPING OF MULTIPLE ANEURYSMS

We present the case of a patient with multiple aneurysms treated through a supraorbital eyebrow craniotomy. This less invasive approach provides a panoramic view to the circle of Willis. The technique for exposure, craniotomy, skull base dissection, subarachnoid dissection and aneurysm clipping is explained in detail. The surgical video is demonstrated. Closure is demonstrated.
