A 17-year-old female presented with orbital subcutaneous emphysema after nose blowing. Imaging revealed a calcified lesion arising from the left lamina papyracea extending into the medial orbit, displacing the medial rectus. Endoscopic sinus surgery involved removal of the lamina and blunt dissection of the orbital lesion. The mass was excised without complications. Pathology confirmed ossifying fibroma. At 4-week follow-up, she had no nasal complaints and demonstrated appropriate mucosal healing.
