P427: ADVANCED PEDIATRIC SINONASAL ROSAI-DORFMAN DISEASE: A HYBRID ENDOSCOPIC ENDONASAL APPROACH
Brendan Sweeney, MD1; Jeeho Kim, MD1; Michael Levy, MD, PhD2; Vijay Patel, MD2; 1Naval Medical Center San Diego; 2Rady Children's Hospital

This video illustrates a case of sinonasal Rosai-Dorfman disease with treatment of bilateral maxillary sinus masses with significant expansile growth into the right orbit, bilateral maxilla, pterygopalatine fossa, and paranasal sinuses with extensive deformation. Propel stents were placed in the bilateral maxillary antrostomies, ethmoid cavities, and nasal cavities and further packing with Nasopore was infiltrated with Kenalog for high dose topical therapy as systemic steroids in children is an important issue to consider.
