P424: COMBINED ENDOSCOPIC ENDONASAL AND SUPRAORBITAL EXCISION OF A FRONTAL SINUS MUCOCELE

In this video we demonstrate combined approach to a frontal sinus mucocele. First using endoscopic endonasal approach with standard exposure. The left frontal sinus mucocele is localized. Attept is made to puncure the lesion endoscopically however due to the fibrotic cyst this is unsuccessful. A supraorbital incision is successful at draining the cyst. A red rubber cathetar is placed, communicating the cyst with the nasal cavity.
