P394: ENDOSCOPIC ASSISTED SUPRA-CEREBELLAR TRANS-TENTORIAL APPROACH FOR RESECTION OF MESIOTEMPORAL CAVERNOUS MALFORMATION.
Asad Lak, MD1; Luca Debs, MD2; Fernando Vale, MD2; Salman Ali, MD2; 1University of Iowa; 2Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University

We describe the case of a 62-year-old female with multiple cavernous malformations diagnosed during workup of right sided weakness. Her weakness was attributed to the left mesiotemporal cavernous malformation. She initially underwent radiation therapy (RT) for this lesion however developed right sided twitching post-RT. She declined to take anti-epileptic medications and decided to undergo surgical resection. Following resection, she did well neurologically and her seizure like episodes resolved.
