This surgical video demonstrates endoscopic endonasal marsupialization of a Rathke's cleft cyst with a bioabsorbable drug-eluting stent in a pediatric patient. Key imaging findings, surgical steps, and postoperative course including endoscopic exam as well as imaging findings demonstrating efficacy and durability of the treatment modality is demonstrated.
