P387: LATERAL TEMPORAL BONE RESECTION FOR OSTEOSARCOMA
Aparna Govindan; Chrisine Dinh; Donald Weed; University of Miami
Here we present the case of a 40 year old man with a left mandible osteosarcoma, initially treated with chemotherapy and radiation, with subsequent progression for which he required salvage resection and reconstruction. This video demonstrates a lateral temporal bone resection performed as part of a combined approach with head and neck surgery. The combined approach provided access to the infratemporal fossa for management of the osteosarcoma.
