P377: ENDOSCOPIC, ENDONASAL, TRANSCLIVAL APPROACH WITH A RIGHT CALDWELL-LUC FOR CONTRALATERAL TRANSMAXILLARY APPROACH FOR A LEFT PETROCLIVAL CHORDOMA

27 year old female presents with 2 months of progressive dysphagia, dysphonia, diplopia found to have left CN X, XII palsies. An MRI reveals a large petroclival chordoma with erosion of the left occipital condyle. An endoscopic, endonasal, transclival with a right Caldwell-Luc for a contralateral transmaxillary approach was performed with subsequent occiput to C2 fusion. The patient recovered well and was discharged to inpatient rehab.
