P342: SUPRA-ORBITAL TRANS-FRONTAL SINUS TRANS-LAMINA TERMINALIS APPROACH FOR RESECTION OF 3RD CHOROID PLEXUS PAPILLOMA.
Fernando Vale-Enrique; Lydia Kaoutazani, MD; M. Salman Ali, MD; Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University

Supra-orbital trans-frontal sinus approach provides excellent close to midline access to 3rd ventricle through lamina-terminalis. This avoid a bicoronal approach. EEA is not feasible in lesions in the middle and posterior 3rd ventricle. Complications include forehead numbness. Familiarity with anatomical structure and comfort in working narrow deep corridors is essential.
