This video demonstrates the fully endoscopic endonasal resection of a large juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma in a 19-year-old male presenting with massive epistaxis. The presentation includes preoperative angiography with embolization of the internal maxillary artery supply. Key surgical steps are shown, including methodical dissection, control of the vascular pedicles, and debulking with an ultrasonic aspirator. Postoperative imaging confirmed complete resection of the tumor, and the patient had a favorable clinical outcome.
