P055: CAVERNOUS SINUS EXENTERATION AND RADICAL NECK DISSECTION FOR DEDIFFERENTIATED ADENOID CYSTIC CARCINOMA WITH NEUROENDOCRINE FEATURES: A MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH
Vladimir A Ljubimov, MD, MS; Peyton L Nisson, MD; Andre Boyke, MD; Vickie J Wang, MD; Michael J Alexander, MD; Keith Black, MD; Allen Ho, MD; Cedars-Sinai Medical Center

We present a multidisciplinary case of a 35-year-old female who had a parapharyngeal mass extending through the foramen ovale intracranially and into the cavernous sinus with rapid development of cavernous sinus syndrome.  Cavernous sinus exenteration and radical neck dissection were performed for dedifferentiated adenoid cystic carcinoma with neuroendocrine features. Although we achieved an image-complete resection, her tumor ultimately recurred but responded well to chemoradiation, showing the importance of multidisciplinary approaches in complex skullbase malignancies
