V087: EXTRADURAL MIDDLE FOSSA APPROACH TO GSPN SCHWANNOMA

Facial nerve schwannomas arising from the greater superficial nerve are rare. These tumors present as extradural middle fossa masses. In this surgical video, the authors present the surgical technique and operative outcomes of a case of GSPN schwannoma in a young female.
