V073: EXPANDED ENDONASAL ENDOSCOPIC APPROACH TO COMPLEX PAEDIATRIC CSF LEAK REPAIR

This video shows the complex expanded endonasal endoscopic right transpterygoid repair of cerebrospinal fluid leak from the right superior orbital fissure in a 3 year old female. This is on a background of severe respiratory symptoms requiring intensive care support. She was discharged with no leak and improvement of her respiratory symptoms.
