A 20-year-old patient with Neurofibromatosis type 2-related schwannomatosis was operated on for left-sided collision tumours consisting of a middle fossa meningioma, a vestibular schwannoma and a facial schwannoma. A translabyrinthine approach was performed and the tumours were completely excised. The facial nerve was reconstructed with a greater auricular nerve graft. Management of these cases requires a multidisciplinary team with experience in managing NF2 both for appropriate management decisions as well as surgical expertise.
