V052: PERFORMING AN ENDOSCOPIC UNILATERAL ANTERIOR CRANIOFACIAL RESECTION AND ORBITAL DECOMPRESSION IN PATIENT WITH A FRONTOETHMOID JUVENILE PSAMMOMATOID OSSIFYING FIBROMA AND ANEURYSMAL BONE CYST
Zechariah G Franks1; Juan Fernandez-Miranda, MD2; Peter Hwang, MD2; 1Mayo Clinic Florida; 2Stanford University

A 16-year-old female presented with exophthalmos and large left frontoethmoid bony mass involving her anterior cranial fossa and orbit. We performed an endoscopic anterior craniofacial resection and orbital decompression. The dura was largely spared and her skull base was reconstructed with a nasoseptal flap and free mucosal graft. Pathology identified a juvenile psammomatoid ossifying fibroma with secondary aneurysmal bone cyst. Her postoperative course has been uneventful and she was disease free at 4 month follow-up.
