V040: ENDOSCOPIC TRANS-PTERIONAL PORT APPROACH FOR MICROSURGICAL CLIPPING OF MCA ANEURYSM

This video demonstrates the technique of an endoscopic trans-pterional port approach for microsurgical clipping of an unruptured MCA aneurysm. The procedure was uneventful, and postoperative 3D CTA demonstrated complete occlusion of the aneurysm. The patient was discharge to home on postoperative day 2.
