V004: ENDOSCOPIC ENDONASAL TRANSTUBERCULAR APPROACH FOR RESECTION OF DIAPHRAGMA SELLAE MENINGIOMA: 2-DIMENSIONAL OPERATIVE VIDEO
Carter Suryadevara; Emma Bacus; Seth Lieberman, MD; Donato Pacione, MD; NYU Langone Health

Diaphragma sellae meningiomas are a rare entity and are often indistinguishable from tuberculum sellae meningiomas and pituitary adenoma. They are classified into three types depending on their origin of location. Type A originate from the upper leaf of the diaphragma sellae anterior to the pituitary stalk, Type B from the upper leaf posterior to the stalk, and Type C from the inferior leaflet. We present an endoscopic resection of a type A diaphragma sellae meningioma.
