We present a case of an anterior skull base meningioma involving the planum sphenoidale and tuberculum sella with extension superolateral to the left optic canal. A transpalpebral supraorbital craniotomy was selected for a minimally invasive corridor to this region with appropriate access to the left optic canal. We illustrate key anatomical landmarks to guide tumor dissection away from the optic nerves and within the optic canal, optic chiasm, and superior hypophyseal arteries.
