P407: INTERNAL CAROTID ARTERY INJURY IN TRANSSPHENOIDAL SURGERY-HOW TO AVOID AND COPE WITH SERIOUS COMPLICATION, JAPANESE SINGLE-CENTER EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTS' OPINION

At a Japanese one high-volume center, we experienced 5 cases(0.68%) of ICA injury out of 740 cases from 2018 to 2022 .

At first, we show how to stop bleeding when ICA injury occurred. Then we analyze the cause of 5 ICA injury cases, what we should do and what we should not based of the experience of experts.
