P397: CASE OF A MASSIVE JUVENILE NASOPHARYNGEAL ANGIOFIBROMA INVOLVING THE CAVERNOUS SINUS AND MIDDLE CRANIAL FOSSA

This is a case of a 17 year old male with a massive juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma with invasion of the right middle cranial fossa via the foramen rotundum and with extension into the anterior aspect of the right cavernous sinus with partial encasement of the right cavernous internal carotid artery.
