Mucoceles of the frontal sinus may be iatrogenic or arise due to blockade of the nasofrontal recess. Mucocele development after frontal sinus violation during craniotomy is a well-known complication but is rarely seen given their delayed development. Here we present a case of frontal sinus mucocele 18 years after a bifrontal craniotomy for olfactory groove meningioma but also an inverted papilloma obstructing the nasofrontal recess, both contributing to blockade and treated endoscopically.
