Tuberculum sellae meningiomas account for 25% of anterior skull base tumors and are often diagnosed due to decline in visual acuity caused by compression of the optic aparatus. Surgical resection provides definitive treatment and approach can be via the endoscopic endonasal or anterolateral corridors depending on tumor relationship with the optic nerves and internal carotid artery bifurcation. In this video we compare approach selection in two patients.
