If you call to make your reservation, you must mention that you are attending the NASBS Annual Meeting to obtain the special group rate.

Taxes: All rates are subject to state and local taxes which are currently 14.95% per day/per room.

Reservations and Deposit: All reservations made with this form must be accompanied with a check made payable to the Peabody Memphis by check, money order or by major credit card. A deposit equal to one (1) night's room, and tax is required. All requests for reservations received after 5:00 pm on January 24, 2003 will be subject to availability. Call hotel for suite availability.

Cancellation: Individuals may cancel their reservations up to 72 hours prior to arrival date without penalty and receive a total refund on their deposit.
