Taxes: All rates are subject to state and local taxes which are currently 8% per day/per room.

Reservations and Deposit: All reservations made with this form must be accompanied with a check made payable to the Loews Coronado Bay Resort by check, money order or by major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche and Discover). A deposit equal to one (1) night's room, and tax required. All requests for reservations received after January 15, 2002 will be subject to availability. Call hotel for suite availability.

Cancellation: Individuals may cancel their reservations up to 48 hours prior to arrival date without penalty and receive a total refund on their deposit.

Early Departure: If an individual changes their departure AFTER checking in and departs earlier than anticipated, a $50.00 fee will be assessed at checkout.

Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 pm.
